How does the free trial work?
A verified new company gets two months of Pro free, with no card. Afterwards it stays on Free unless you chose a plan; nothing is deleted or charged. Choose Starter or Pro during the trial and the first charge is on the day it ends. One trial per company.
What happens when I reach a limit?
The action is refused and you are told which limit you met and what the next plan includes. A role you could not open is kept as a draft; a connect that did not go through is not counted.
What is a Kero credit?
One message to Kero, or one tool call he makes for you. When the month's credits run out, Kero keeps answering questions and pauses actions until the month turns. Reaching a person always works.

Who can upgrade or cancel?
An owner or admin, any time, from Billing. Your roles, conversations and pipelines stay; the plan's caps come back at the end of the period you paid for.
